We've got iconic malt distilleries (more than one for every day if you just stay a week); miles of fabulous unspoilt sandy beaches; birdlife, wildlife and flora and fauna (you'll more than likely see Golden Eagles and chough from the garden); a testing championship links golf course; excellent low level walking; bikes, ponies, kayaks to get about on; fresh farmed oysters, seafood and local beer; friendly folk and fresh, very fresh air.

Enjoy sampling a malt or two beside our a real log fire. Bring your Christmas books or find something that captures your imagination from our well-stocked bookcases.

Turn up the volume on your favourite Abba, Queen or Mike Oldfield LP - our collection is eclectic and there's no-one about to be disturbed. the cattle may look over the fence faintly - just faintly - amused but they are used to such goings on.
