The main living room is a comfortable gathering space with an open fire, well-stocked book cases and a vintage vinyl collection to enjoy. We don't have a TV but we do have a good wi fi broadband connection so you can bring your laptop if you don't want to miss your favourite viewing.

There's a well equipped kitchen diner with electric cooker with double oven, grill and ceramic hob; fridge; freezer; microwave and washing machine. There's lot's of worktop space and it's a great place to cook up some fabulous local ingredients en famille.

The wee garden room that leads on to the pebble terrace is a gem of a space and a good spot to get away to with a good book.

For al fresco dining the picnic table on the pebble terrrace has amazing and everchanging views and you can get out of the wind and enjoy the pinkening skies from the 'G&T' spot under the kitchen window.

The downstairs bathroom at Coillabus has a bath with shower over.

Upstairs has electric shower, bath, WC, basin and bidet. (photos to come).
